Catgirl Doggirl Cafe

 Catgirl Doggirl Cafe

Catgirl Doggirl Cafe was created by Norn and published by Cherry Kiss Games. It is a straight-up adult based hentai Visual Novel with no choices to be made but a lot of H-Scenes. Cherry Kiss Games is one of the premier Adult based Hentai Visual Novel companies in the market and their Visual Novels span many areas and fetishes. (That's right Cherry Kiss I'm advertising for you here, help me out.)

In Catgirl Doggirl Cafe you play as the protag named Ayato a Japanese native that through some twisted luck ends up being transported to a new world. Ayato is a restaurant worker and enjoys creating his own dishes and working on making his own food and is on the path to being a chief. On his way home from work, however, he selflessly saves a young girl but in doing so he is killed. He awakes in a new world where it appears to be like Midevil Europe to some extent.

Upon awakening in this new world, however, he is taken to the King of the land he's in by some guards where he is filled in on the fact that he isn't the first person to come here from another world and that those that do come to that land are regarded as holy people of sorts. Because of this status, he is told he can get just about anything he wants so he elects to plan on his future by establishing a Cafe where anyone no matters their class or race can eat and enjoy the many foods he prepares.

On the day he is set to open his Cafe he is heading down the street to the market district to get supplies when he comes across a slaver that is yelling at two demi-humans, a Doggirl and a Catgirl. Ayato being the man he is demands that the slaver stops his verbal and physical abuse of the slave girls. The slaver says that he can have the two girls for a sum of money and once they belong to him he can do with them what he wants. So Ayato uses the last of his money to obtain the two slave girls and even though he technically owns them he doesn't want to actually treat them as slaves but wants them to be free instead.

The two slave girls, the Doggirl Primina and the Catgirl Cherlea at first are not too happy with being sold to Ayato but only because of their not so fond thoughts of humans. Ayato understands this and lets them know that he's not that kind of human, he ends up making them some food and then lets them have a room all to themselves in his home and even makes sure they have clothes and a bed which is more than they have ever had before.

Over the next few days, the two girls help him gather supplies and he teaches them how to be waitresses for his Cafe so he can spend his time cooking. The girls learn fast and are really good at their jobs, and thanks to all their efforts the Cafe does great on sales and they keep customers coming back daily. It is during this time that Primina confronts Ayato about something she has been wondering. This then turns into a bit of a confession on her part as she wonders why he's not made any moves on them. Ayato of course isn't the kind of person to use his position as their "master" to have his way with them.

Primina the Doggirl is without a better way to describe her as a pervert. She is constantly 'in heat' and easily excited. She is very friendly and open to Ayato and others in general. She's sensitive to sound and smells and has been a slave since she was a pup. She and Cherlea have been together for as long as she can remember and she sees her as her sister to an extent. She is easily startled but quickly regains her composure once she is reassured that nothing bad will happen.

While Primina grows attached to Ayato quickly and views him as something other than a Master within a little time, Cherlea on the other hand isn't so quick to trust or befriend Ayato. After giving Primina a 'reward' for her hard work and dedication to improving her ability to work at the Cafe and for her confession to Ayato about her wanting to have a more sexual relationship, Cherlea grows a bit more steady and then approaches Ayato about the reward he gave Primina. At first, Ayato is a bit embarrassed knowing that his 'relationship' with Prinima was found out so fast by Cherlea. She reminds him that demi-humans have ways of knowing such things which only makes him realize he really needs to learn more about those girls he has in his Cafe and their people.

Cherlea the catgirl is reserved, quiet, methodical, and in some respects more catlike than she lets on. However, as Ayato finds out quickly during their own 'bonding' moment that she has a unique character trait he wasn't expecting but then thinking about it he puts the two together.

Cherlea is the type to keep people at arm's length and puts off an aura of being a bit bossy and abrasive but this is a front for her real personality that she doesn't show. Deep down she is actually a very strong masochist and enjoys being toyed with and teased. She tries to take control during their intimate moment but Ayato seeing through her front takes control instead and in the moments that she loses control she shows her true feelings and thoughts.

Cherlea is a quick learner, fast, adept at hunting, and knowledgeable about plants, meats, herbs, and many other things that Ayato can use to create new dishes and foods.

During his time in the city, he has seen a change for the better. At first, people didn't really like the idea of the two demi-humans walking around the city on their own and at first, people didn't pay them much mind or at the least didn't really try to connect with them. However, after the Cafe opens and more people go there and they see the two working hard as ever things slowly change. Soon the two are seen as much part of the city as anyone else. People talk to them, help them get ingredients for the Cafe, and usually cut them deals.

All through the Visual Novel the two have their ups and downs with Ayato but for the most part, they always make it through and end up having a stronger relationship at the end of it. They also remind him each time they have their more intimate moments that they have both decided they want to bare his children. (Apparently, Doggirls can have multiple children at one time and can become pregnant multiple times in a single cycle/year. Whereas catgirls apparently are only able to have one to two children at a time and can't reproduce as fast as the doggirls but they tend to grow quicker.)

The Cafe continues to grow and expand until eventually, Ayato begins to hire more waitresses and people to be cooks and eventually he trains a new person to be a manager. With his Cafe growing quickly he opens another Cafe in the city and quickly trains its staff to work independently with a new manager. He then gets a request to open a Cafe in a city far away from where he started. He thinks about opening the Cafe but then he is reminded that he's kind of forgot something, the girls do whatever he asks, and in his mind, it's because they are technically his but he's never treated them as slaves and never wanted to. This realization brings him to finally discuss with them what they want for themselves.

During this discussion, the girls tell him that they made their choice what they wanted for themselves a long time back and that was to remain with him, not because he bought them as slaves but because they loved him. With this statement, Ayato decides that it is time that they become married and make things official. (Now I don't know much about the marriage laws in this other world but I will make the assumption that polygamy is legal.) After they are married both girls become pregnant and Ayato decides after several months they all need to take a break and start focusing on their family to come.

The Visual Novel ends with this last thought that the three are preparing to start taking things easy and start a large family. While this VN doesn't have and the story is straight forward it's a pretty good Visual Novel. The story focuses on the 3 main characters and their continued growth with one another and their expanding relationship. There is a lot of references to both girls wanting to get pregnant for some time through the Visual Novel (pretty much every time they have sex they want him to impregnate them.) However, this story doesn't just focus on the sex (though there is a lot of it) it also focuses on relationship development.

Do I recommend this? Of course, I feel this Visual Novel while simple is also elegant in its own way, the graphics are not grade A compared to other Visual Novels but it's nothing to scoff at either. The music is not bad but honestly, I don't listen much to the music but what little I did hear wasn't bad at all. It is roughly 4 to 6 hours long pending on how fast you read and how fast you want to go through the H-Scenes.

I also can't deny that I personally enjoy stories with demi-humans, catgirls, doggirls, wolfgirls, etc. I'm still on the fence about Bunnygirls but I can deal with that.
