Siscon Sister of the Week

This weeks Siscon Sister of the Week is  Mizuha Kiryu of the hit anime Hensuki: Are you willing to fall in love with a pervert, as long as she's a cutie?, and yes that is the full title. It was written by Tomo Hanama and started out as a Light Novel before becoming a Manga. Soon after Funimation picked it up and created the anime.

The anime has 12 episodes and sadly at the time of this post has not been renewed yet for a new season. However, recently there has been a great push in the industry to go back and fill second seasons of many anime that were put to the side for new anime to take place. It is expected that this anime may see a second season but it may not be for a few more years.

The story follows Keiki Kiryu, which for all intensive purposes is an ordinary high school student with nothing that really stands out. That said he's not a slacker or anything, he's average in sports and classwork so he's no hero type at least.

One day when helping to clean out one of the club rooms he finds a letter that has his name on it and with it is a pair of panties. So starts the fun drive to find who it was that confessed to him and left him her panties.

As the story progresses there are three girls that he believes to be 'Cinderella' as he and his friend has dubbed her and each has their own unique fetishes. And funny as it is as the anime goes the girls find themselves falling for Keiki and in a way he starts his own Harem...without really wanting to or knowing he did.

As the anime progresses a fourth girl is added to the mix though he at first thought there was no way she would have been on of the candidates for 'Cinderella'. That is of course his sister Mizuha.

Mizuha is a cute, sweet, and innocent girl that doesn't make waves in the slightest. She seems almost fragile and tends to be a bit more submissive, though she can assert herself if need be. She is very close to Keiki and adores him greatly. While she is the last on the list she is never fully removed even though Keiki thinks its not possible.

While I don't want to ruin the anime for those that might want to watch it, I do highly recommend this anime as it is full of comedy and the things that happen to poor Keiki is funny to see. Despite its obvious undertones it isn't as bad as one might think...at least its not a Hentai anyways.

If you have the time and Funimation (or Crunchy Roll as they bought out Funimation) you can catch this anime on there. You can also purchase it from a place called, 'The Right Stuff' used to be 'Right Stuff International' which is an store dedicated to Manga, Anime, and much much more.

Siscon Saturday Sister of the Week

Siscon Sister of the Week

Airi

This weeks Siscon Sister of the Week goes to Airi of the Visual Novel 'My Yandere Sister loves me too much!'. My Yandere Sister loves me too much! was released on Steam on October 16, 2020 and was developed by Norn and published by Cherry Kiss Games.

This visual novel follows the adventures of the Yuu who has an older sister that due to circumstances lives with him. Both of them have jobs and while the Yuu works in an office his older sister Airi has made a career out of working from home. Things seem to be pretty normal for them...except they are not.

Airi has always been very fond of her little brother and takes care of him. However, this behavior didn't stop when they got older. Even at their adult ages she still does things that to others would seem a bit...more than a sister should, ranging from feeding him to taking showers and baths with him.

Airi on the outside seems very generous, fun, caring, and a very beautiful woman to boot. However, deep inside she is dark, borderline schizophrenic, processive, and has a deep desire to be with her younger brother as more than a sister.

Airi shows how far she is willing to go when the Yuu mentions to her that he's been invited to a mixer by several friends from work to meet with the ladies of their office. This sends Airi into a quiet smoldering state that pushes her hand to take matters into her own hands.

After forcing the protag to not attend the mixer she begins to make regular appearances to his office building under the pretense of bringing him lunch or to eat lunch with him. Eventually she even starts making remarks about having to, "remove" certain ones that he associates with.

All these events come to a head and eventually Airi finally admits to Yuu what it is she wants. At first Yuu is taken aback by this revelation as he knows that what she's asking for is against the law...and morally unjustifiable. But eventually after some...persuading in the lustful and flesh like manner he realizes he has the same feelings for her that she has for him, (at least that is how it is stated).

With Airi and Yuu now on the same page they start to create a life together that gives them the freedom they need to explore their 'love' for one another while not being exposed. Yuu quits his job and soon finds himself in the same style of work as Airir which allows him to work from home. Thanks to modern technology they are able to do everything they need from their home without having to leave.

While there is more, I think you get the point, and while this is a very short VN and one dedicated to the more...darker and immoral it still has its good points and one that if your not morally squeamish you could play in an hour or so and not be bothered.

Cafe Stella and the Reapers' Butterflies (Mei's Route)

Mei's route was the first one I went with, though in all honesty I wanted to go with a different girl's route but I found out that her route was locked until you finished one of the other girls stories...so I went with Mei.

Mei along with Nozomi are the youngest girls that work at the Cafe. Unlike Nozomi however, Mei didn't know the protag until after they were introduced to one another when she applied to get the job at the Cafe.

Mei's cheerful and straightforward attitude makes her one of the favorites of the Cafe. She's also a quick learner and can adapt easily. She is one of the most positive members of the team and through helping others she becomes a love interest to the protag.

She really starts to shine during an incident in which a little girl wonders into the shop looking to have a special cake made for her father due to him having a rough time at work. Mei takes care to keep the girl occupied until such time as the mother can come pick her up and even afterword's she keeps tabs on things.

The Cafe of course takes the little girls requests and when they actually meet the girls dad, Kanna and the protag see the butterflies or 'soul fragments' around him. They help the little girl and her father by removing the butterflies and by helping the father realize just how good of a doctor he was.

It is during this time that Mei begins to have he own troubles from a past friendship gone sour.

It is at this time that the protag and Mei begin to start to get close and their relationship blooms as our protag begins trying to help Mei with her issues with a former friend and former partner on the high school swim team. It is also during this build up that Mei lets the protag and Kanna in on a secret that she's been keeping...she can see the butterflies.

It is her special gift known as the "Bug Eating Eye" that has also been the cause of her struggles through life. Able to see the lights of soul fragments at an early age she told her parents about it as well as some friends. Over time her friends shunned her and her parents grew distant from her. It was at that point she distant herself from others and no longer spoke about her 'gift'.

It wasn't until when she was much older and joined the swim team that she started to use her gift to remove the lights from around her friends on the swim team in order to help them get over fears and stigma's. One such girl began to rely heavily on her 'gift' or 'spell' as the swim team would call it. However, eventually Mei would feel like her 'gift' was more of a curse and soon she no longer provided the 'gift' to her friends.

This small act left a divide between the team and to ease that Mei left the team.

Eventually, the two former friends and teammates have a final confrontation, it during this that Mei through mental stress begins to draw a massive swarm of butterflies which could cause a huge problem for everyone in the area. It also summons the one person to her side that she has absolute faith in in the world, the protag.

It is during this incident that she is finally able to do the one thing that she's been training to do for a short time, not only can her eye capture the butterflies but she learns how to release them as well. This means she can capture and release the butterflies at will which will help the Grim Reaper Kanna to do her job.

In the end, she makes amends with her friend and she starts to help Kanna with her work not only at the Cafe but also as a helper of the Grim Reaper. And obviously she sticks with the protag.

Mei's route is actually rather long but it isn't bad, and because of her traits the dialogue can get pretty funny between her and the protag.

My Fair Princess

My Fair Princess sounds like something that someone like I would play as far as visual novels go. However, I had seen a few good reviews on this one and after thinking about adding more to my growing collection...don't judge me...I decided to go ahead and add this to my ever growing list of Visual Novels, with quiet a few still not played through. I also saw where Denpasoft had the 18+ DLC patch and went to get it, however, I was disappointed as that even though it showed it they showed out of stock. I still don't understand how a digital copy of something can be out of stock, but whatever. Eventually I found another site to get the DLC and I am glad I did.

My only real gripe this early on is the ratios. Sadly in fullscreen mode it causes some distortions on my other monitor it was not designed for the larger and more powerful monitors. But you can make it work, at least I did. I was surprised that there wasn't that many errors in spelling or missing or misplaced text either, that tells me the translation team did a good job. Musically, it wasn't bad, though anymore I just turn the music off and listen to my own radio on Spotify or Youtube Music...I find you can put your own music to these things and make it better, at least I feel like it does.

My Fair Princess takes place at the world-renowned Ryokufuuin Academy where only the famous and wealth kids can go...or at least that was until Satoshi (our MC in this story) begins to attend. Satoshi isn't rich or famous, he's just a normal low income high school teen that goes to school and works to help support his mother, four sisters, and a sheep...yeah I said what you think I said, I said sheep.

So how does a guy that lives off bargains, recycling, and doing odd jobs for food or other things other than money? Satoshi is extremely intelligent and was able to get into the Academy on an academic scholarship which pays for all of his tuition. Because of this he's able to attend the best school on the island and doesn't have to worry about paying for it, which is good because there is no way they could.

Satoshi has a dream of becoming a doctor like his father was and to reopen his fathers clinic, not only that but he's also hoping to use his knowledge in medicine to one day create a cure for the disease that has plagued his mother for years. Satoshi is very family focused and oriented and places his family above all others including himself.

Satoshi is quick to realize that he's the black sheep of the school though thanks to a minor misunderstanding in which his last name is the same as one of the wealthiest families in Japan people assume that he's the heir to their Conglomerate. As such the other students treat him as though he's one of them and he does everything he can to hid the fact they are wrong. That said, there is one guy that became his best friend almost instantly when they met and he knows the truth.

The first girl you meet is at a party held at the school, she calls you out to dance with her at the party after seeing you in the corner of the room. While Satoshi knows the basics of dancing he's not the best at it, and he only goes to the formals at school because its required to at least attend for a while.

Maiki Hoshikawa is the daughter of two world renown actors that travel the world. As such she has been raised to be a prim and proper lady and taught how to act in high society. Because of her upbringing however she can be a bit naïve and can come off as being full of herself. However over time Satoshi and her become friends and he begins to realize that behind the glitz, clamor, and refined exterior, she is actually a lonely girl that seeks affection from her parents.

While attempting to leave the party he hears a voice in a room in the hall that he's leaving through and decides to investigate. He runs into Kana Takamine while she is running through versus in a play. She realizes that he's there and calls him out to finish the last verses of the play and he does without hesitation.

Kana Takamine is for better or worst the one that stands at the top of the hierarchy due to her being the wealthiest person in school. Being the daughter of the CEO of the Takamine Conglomerate which is the worlds leading financial group, has allowed her to also take the top spot in school as the schools student body representative.

Kana has a cool demeanor, couple that with her grown up attitude she is seen as the embodiment of prestige and wealth. However all that glitz and glamor has taken its toll, the rumor is that no one has ever seen her smile...not once.

After the party the next day Satoshi upon arriving at school is reunited with the one girl that has taken him under her wing and treated like a friend and brother since he started.

Ayame Enatsu is the daughter of a world renowned manga author and is interested in drawing manga as well. She is Satoshi's upperclassmen and is extremely kind. She also holds Satoshi very close to her heart. I ended up actually doing her route first, but that is another post.

Ayame is also the student body's second hand woman to Kana and spends her free time helping Kana take care of the duties of the school. While there are others that are above her in the social standings she has earned the respect and friendship of Kana and so Kana trusts her completely.

Satoshi then decides to check in on a friend of his that he met not long after coming to the school. She's a bit of an odd ball but that is only because she's true genius scientist, the kind that comes around maybe once a century.

Hitomi Miyazono is an underclassman of Satoshi and has her own lab at the school where she spends the greater majority of her time at. She is a robotics engineer as well as studies and develops AI systems. She has created the worlds first complete functional maid-robot Chole.

Satoshi and Hitomi have a routine where they will meet at his classroom before homeroom and talk, if she doesn't show up by a certain time he's to go to the lab and get her which he does often. Hitomi looks up to and admires Satoshi greatly and dedicates time to helping him should he need it, honestly she would do just about anything for him.

At the behest of Satoshi she created what she calls the 'Mage Club' which is a school club dedicated to the occult such as fortune telling and the like. Satoshi did it to help Hitomi to get friends, as a genius she's treated pretty different from everyone else, though Satoshi treats her normally.

Lastly we are later introduced to Rin. Rin Washio has two sides, the one she shows at school and the one that she shows on stage as a pop idol. Rin is in the same class as Satoshi and is under the care of Satoshi's friend who happens to be the son of the agency that holds Rin's contract, so technically he's her manager unofficially.

Rin while at school is viewed by the other students as a pain and a handful. Due to her family circumstances Rin has developed an attitude which makes her impulsive, blunt, and a bit hot blooded. This also makes her keep her distance from the rest of her classmates. Usually she is always by herself and seen alone.

All that said, when Rin is on stage though that's when the other side of her shines. She can woo crowds with her charming smile, cute outfits and charm, and make people sway with an angelic voice. It is this complete transformation that confuses Satoshi the most but its not like he's going to say anything about it.

The story of these girls who end up becoming friends with Satoshi becomes complicated later when they find out the truth about his circumstances. In an event in which the girls knowing he's hiding something decides to follow him. As such they find him living in the low income section of the island and living pretty much just above poverty.

When they find this out Satoshi believes that they will ditch him and his stay at the academy is over, however he's surprised when they all agree that they don't care about his living arrangements, his caring attitude and kindness overrides everything else.

I won't go into great detail on other things that happen, but pending on the girl you choose your story will follow a pretty normal path until you get the girl you want. Then the VN focuses mostly on that relationship.

I hope you will consider checking this one out, its a bit dated but even so I can say it was a good find and one that I am glad I decided to get.

Amatarasu Riddle Star - Extra Route Melody

The final of the three short alternative route added by the 18+ DLC patch is the route of Melody. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about this route but in retrospect I actually think I kind of wondered why she wasn't given a main route. So when I saw they added her route even though it was short, I can say I was pretty glad they did.

Melody is the twin sister to Takaya's 'rival' Adam. While Adam is actually more of a friend to Takaya than they both admit at times he tends to always try to get Takaya riled up and tries to make contests for them to compete in. Melody in her own right based on the limited information given is actually not very smart but is about average when it comes to grades and athletics. Melody also has a little bit of a brother complex and is usually always with her brother and tries to help him no matter what.

This however changes suddenly right after the Culture Festival Event. If you choose not to really dance with anyone but instead to just sit idly by and you have met the precursors to that even itself, you will activate the Melody extra route. After the event Takaya heads back to school the next day only to be confronted by Adam again...which happens often.

However, this time Melody seems nervous and slightly reserved which is odd for her especially when she's with Adam. Adam approaches Takaya and says he heard a rumor that Takaya had his eye on Melody during the festival and that Takaya had wanted to get into a relationship with her. Though this information was of course false and Takaya attempted to deny it Adam didn't pay him much attention.

Adam proposed they settle the matter the old fashion way and they were to go outside and fight for his sister's honor. If Takaya won, Adam would let him date Melody. If Adam won he would not be able to date her at all, which Takaya wasn't exactly setting his sights on her in the first place, but he knew he wasn't going to get out of it.

So the two went outside and even though Takaya didn't really lay a hand on Adam, he ended up KO'ing himself and admitted defeat. So in a sense it was a 'shotgun' relationship. That said, Takaya wasn't upset about it, Melody was cute, dedicated, and strong willed, which made up for her lack of smarts or athletic abilities. To keep they story short they push the story as though they end up dating for several months before they have their first sexual experience with one another.

After that firs time though, they become more intimate with one another and their relationship continues to grow and even though at first they were both hesitant bout the relationship they end up falling in love with one another. The story ends with them admitting that they love one another and they want to spend the rest of their lives with one another.

Melody's character isn't given much in the way of time or presence in the main story so to see this side route was actually really nice. Melody was in my mind kind of the 'hidden gem' so to speak and to see what a relationship Takaya and her could have with one another was refreshing. I find that in most stories even though we know who the main contenders are and what routes are going to be taken, we all still find that one character that we think, "what if they were part of the main route?" of "why can't they get together?".

I find that Visual Novels that either add content via DLC such as the side stories, or after stories, are actually quite better than ones that just leave it done. I also think that finding a character outside the normal circle of characters is refreshing, it always seems like you have the same arch's played out so to add something new and different can be quiet refreshing.

The H-scenes for Melody are also quiet well done and the story overall despite being short is well written and well versed. I actually kind of wanted to see maybe an after story of these or see more added to them, though I know that won't happen it is nice to dream.

Amatarasu Riddle Star - Extra Route Hire

As stated in the previous blog post the three additional routes are added via the 18+ DLC content patch which you can get off Steam as well as the distributor's website. The previous blog I spoke about the route for Rina which was Yua's older sister.

In this route selection I decided to go with Hire. Hire was portrayed as an android like character that took care of Kokoro. She was the right hand person and personal maid servant to Queen Kokoro and in some way was head of the Card Soldiers. She is very strict and seems to have a small grudge against Takaya due to the circumstances between his past with Kokoro and their current situation.

This particular path seems to start after Takaya is accepted as an aide to the Queen and to help her in her day to day duties both inside the school and outside the school. This starts out however as a trial period and Hire is to show him the ropes and train him to become a helpful aide. This of course leads to some incidents between Takaya and Kokoro which could be seen as intimate or at least leading to intimacy of sorts.

Of course those feelings aren't actually there to say that he doesn't have feelings like that for Kokoro but Hire sees it and decides to take matters into her own hands. Through a series of events Hire ends up teasing and forcing Takaya to be a bit more submissive to her and Takaya finds a side of himself doesn't quite hate being that way with Hire, but in a turn of events he finally does turn the table on Hire.

Eventually after he flips the tables on Hire she admits that over the few weeks and month or so they have been together she has found herself having feelings for him. Takaya has realized that he has feelings for Hire as well and so they decide to make it official.

The story arch ends prior to them really telling anyone about their sexual relationship that ends up with them being in a more romantic and stable relationship so don't expect any filler here. The story was short and direct to the point which is pretty much like all three of them but this one seemed to be a bit more direct and short than the other two. Personally I didn't mind Hire's character and thought that this route was pretty interesting and well planned out.

All in all I can say that this route was well done and one that I was happy to go through. The H-scenes aren't bad either, while I did feel that they kind of kicked the main character down a little, I think the point was to play to Hire's strengths then to focus on her weakness towards the end.

Amatarasu Riddle Star - Madori's Route

Of the five primary routes of Amatarasu, I truly feel that Madori's route got kind of shafted in a few ways. I feel the route took a great deal away from the MC and her interactions and I feel that compared to a couple of the others it wasn't as long. The only one that I think was shorter in play time to Madori's was Ai's.

While I do think that they took a way from the story slightly with Madori's route they did at least explain a few things that you witness during the standard route. I am not saying that her route is bad story wise, I just think they could have done a little better with the overall feel and length of the story.

Madori is based off the Mad Hatter of Alice in Wonderland. This is actually a really good comparison. Those of you that know the story of the Mad Hatter will agree that Madori's personality does match his quiet well. The reason for this is based on her history and how it developed her mental state as well as how she views people in general.

She seems very friendly and kind and tends to pick on the MC quiet often, however the reality of her state is that she is simply putting on a mask. While she seems nice and kind she is actually doing what she can to keep people at arm length away from her while living the lie of being something she isn't.

As the MC's and he relationship continues to evolve he begins to pick up on these subtle differences between her true feelings and those that she creates to be seen the way she wants to be seen. It is also during this time that the MC begins to realize that something is different about Madori on a different level.

As their relationship changes from one of physical passion to one where Madori begins to see her walls crumble things start to fall apart around the two, and I do mean literally. It is during this time you meet a omnipresent being that takes the form a small hat that Madori keeps on her at all times.

Boshi is an agent of a realm that keeps the balance between all worlds and attempts to maintain such balance from going out of control. While it doesn't happen often it can happen and it is up to Boshi to ensure that should it come down to it he is required to separate the two worlds by force before both worlds are destroyed.

Boshi however can not do this on his own so he relies on others to help investigate disturbances around the area to ensure that the two worlds do not become unbalanced. It is later that you find out that Boshi has visited this same town and place at an earlier time and that Boshi was forced to separate the worlds to prevent a collapse of both worlds.

As the relationship with Madori and the MC reaches a climax it becomes apparent that the worlds are attempting to collapse and it is up to Boshi who's been with Madori for a long time now to make a choice to either use his powers to converge the worlds or to separate them, either way there is a price to pay for it and Boshi pays the price.

Despite the sacrifice made by Boshi he does end up being allowed to return to their world and once again becomes part of Madori's life. However this time so is the MC. The MC explains that as their relationship grew, the walls around her heart would slowly crumble and eventually the once false face she showed others would eventually go away.

Madori has several more H-Scenes I feel than the others but that isn't a bad thing considering her story is shorter than most of the others. While I did enjoy her story I do think they tried overly hard to create her character to be a bit off kilter than the rest of them. I also found that there was a lot of back and fourth between them that could have been reduced...then again that would have just made the playthrough shorter.

All in all I still enjoyed this route and enjoyed seeing the big mountains she had as well...yes despite her short stature she had some big ol titties that a Man of Culture like myself can really enjoy.

Amatarasu Riddle Star - Ai's Route

Much like Miu's route I felt that Ai's route was a total rollercoaster ride of emotions. The one thing that I didn't like about her route however was that compared to the other girls route, hers seemed to be very short so I felt she got kind of ripped off in that aspect. That said I am not going to say that her story was bad and in fact quiet the opposite.

Ai's character is based off the Cheshire Cath of Alice in Wonderland. She is usually heard before seen due to her cat bell that she wears at her waist. She is also very cat like with her whims, desire to nap most of the time, and her inhuman like agility and reflexes. She claims to be Takaya's 'Older Sister' though he doesn't understand why she says that.

It is of course hinted at and later confirmed that they do in fact have a past together and that past is the bases for her story and the plot that ultimately will pull at your heartstrings when it comes to Ai.

Ai at first doesn't see herself as a girl that Takaya would find interesting or attracted too, but after the Culture Festival he eventually comes clean about how he feels for her and that leads them entering into a unique relationship. The moment he confesses she practically does what she can to satisfy him sexually.

Ai tries to get Takaya to have more fun and to expand his horizon and to spend time with her when possible. Of course these leads to a lot of sexual encounters and also led me to realize that apparently 'tit jobs' are a big thing in Japan...not sure why but I don't judge.

The rollercoaster ride however happens sooner rather than later, eventually Ai begins to fade but only slightly and then goes back to normal, people then also start to forget about her and then remember her suddenly. It isn't until Takaya forgets about her for a moment that he realizes something is wrong and begins trying to get her to tell him what it is. Of course she refuses at first.

The up's and down's continue, but they all come ahead after Takaya forgets about her completely as well as everyone else. It isn't until he goes through his computer drawer and finds a couples rings with the inner band of one having 'Ai' engraved in it that his memories of her come rushing back.

Upon remembering everything he finds Ai at Starfall Hill and it is here she begins to finally fade away completely. Ai believes that she is nothing more than a 'shooting star' that comes in for a short time and then leaves just as fast. Because of this belief she is fading, however she isn't a shooting star. In reality she is the embodiment and reincarnation of Aisha.

Aisha was a cat that belonged to Takaya and his family for many years and spent most of its time with Takaya due to his frail body and weak immune system. She stayed by his side and was always around when he would tell stories about the stars and many other fantasies and fairy tails. One day Aisha would leave the family home and pass away. She believed that she would be reborn in the stars and so she was.

At the end with the assistance of a Divine Being that had watched over all that had happened, Ai was returned back to the world and allowed to stay with Takaya. The ending of this route has the two leaving Takaya's home as they go to reintroduce her to Takaya's friends. Despite Takaya remember her and everything that happened prior to her fading, the others did not remember anything about her.

Ai's route was shorter than the others, with maybe the exception of Madori's. Despite that and the rollercoaster ride of emotions, I can say that her story was pretty good. I do wish that they could have done her story a bit more like Miu's and push things a little more forward to bring some more closure to their story but at the same time I guess I can see why they didn't.

I also enjoyed how this one does talk more about Takaya's past and things that happened to him to make him lose heart in fairy tails and so on. It also touches more as to what it is that caused the worlds to merge slightly and why things are happening the way they are.

All in all Ai's route was good but short, and full of sexual H-scenes which we all enjoy!

Amatarasu Riddle Start - Miu's Route Review

The playthrough guide I looked through showed to play Miu's route in the middle. I think it is because it has its own unique story plot with Takaya the MC. That said this is the first of the three stories that in my opinion are emotional rollercoasters. Miu's story is extremely emotional and at first I honestly thought it was more of a bad ending, but it would later get better.

Miu who I dubbed the 'rabbit girl' from Alice in Wonderland is a legit bunny girl with ears and all. Though she uses magic to keep her ears hidden if she gets into a frantic or nervous state she will relax her magic and it will cause her ears to revel themselves. She also enjoys carrots and anything that has carrots in it.

Miu and Takaya start dating not long after the Festival (if you go down that route) and their relationship is very erotic and sexual desired driven. At first their love is based on the feelings they have for one another that they had established between one another after the met as well as a few other instances where Miu gets very...aroused by certain items or things. It is also reveled that Miu can see and interact with Takaya's dreams, so they realize their feelings for one another after an incident after Takaya has a very sexually explicit dream about him and Miu.

It is through the course of them increasing their love and intimacy with one another does a couple of hidden facts are brought to light. Takaya during his early years of being weak and frail had a friend he would play with in his dreams. After the incident however he wasn't able to see her for a long time. It is at this time he realizes that she is that friend in his dream. And her ability to see him in his dreams makes more sense.

Eventually however, you find out about what is referred to as the incident in the eyes of Miu, though for the most part Takaya was unaware of it until his dreams began to show him things from his past that he didn't remember. It is during this you find out that at one point in Takaya's past he actually died. It was Miu using the power of a special watch that could turn back the hands of time that she removed one of the hands from it and placed it into Takaya allowing him to return to a time before his death.

However, time has worn the magic that she infused with him and as such there is a risk that time will revert back to the past when he had passed away. However, before that happens Miu is saved by Takaya from being hit by a bus and in turn he is once again on the brink of death. Miu decides to save him but this time the only way she can do it is to use her own life force to power up the watch of time and force its hand back again.

She forces the hand that she gave to Takaya the first time she saved him to appear and take its place in the watch, and then using her life she forced the hands of time back and slowly faded from existence.

Takaya seeing the girl he loved disappear to save his own life, was depressed and crushed eventually retreating into his room and over time of not sleeping and not eating he placed himself on the verge of dehydration, malnutrition, and lack of sleep. It is during this time he gets a text message from Miu sent using the last of her life telling him to move on and live his life. However, he refuses knowing to do so would mean forgetting Miu and moving on from her.

It is at this point he enters a trance or dream like state and runs into a younger version of himself. It is through talking to that version of himself that he comes to a conclusion on how to save Miu and through will power and determination he is able to bring Miu back to the world he lives in.

To say that this route didn't cause me a lot of grief would be an understatement. Even though the end of it got better and Miu and Takaya ended up married and with a child, the amount of times that they made you think that Miu wasn't going to be coming back or that Takaya wasn't going to end up with her was way too many. I'm not saying it was a bad thing for the story, but for one's heart and peace of mind, it was way too many.

Of all the routes I can say this one was well developed, well planned, and well played. It allowed you to look at more of Takaya's past story and put together several of the pieces that you normally were not able to due to lack of information in the last few routes. To say that this one however was the worst of the worst of the five main stories though I'd say it would be tied with one other story.

I enjoyed Miu's character and I think that Takaya and Miu made one of the better couples, even though I knew that Miu wasn't technically main girl I think she was a close second.

Amatarasu Riddle Star - Yua's Route

Amatarasu Riddle Start is a unique twist on the concept of Alice in Wonderland of sorts. The story rotates heavily on the concept of dreams and imagination empowering multiple worlds and in some instances these worlds overlap and the result is either they will remain in equal space or they will eventually collapse destroying both worlds.

I can explain that concept further but as for this post, it is about one of the girls (love interests) you can get with and follow down her path. Yua is in essence is what I have dubbed 'The Dreamer' and the world that was created is based off mostly her own dreams and desires and imagination.

Yua is the childhood friend of the protag Takaya and has been with him since he moved into the town. Takaya as a small child was extremely weak and frail and because of his health he wasn't able to be active like most children. Because of this he dived heavily into books and mostly in that of fairy tails.

Yua was heavily influenced by Takaya and his imagination as well as his obsession with the stars. Because of this Yua also began to believe a great deal of the belief's and ideas that Takaya told her. Eventually however, an event shattered Takaya's mental scape and left him feeling betrayed by both his dreams and his idea of the world. Because of that he gave up on creating new stories of his own and eventually shut himself off from his past self.

Yua, seeing his change soon took up the torch of sorts and would constantly tell him the stories he had told her as a child and her own believes, Takaya had forgotten that it was him that had actually told her these stories but he would later remember. It was on a particular night when the 'Starfall' happened and the world that Yua had created converged and became connected to the real world.

While the beginning and middle parts of the story of this game are pretty much the same there are a few decisions you have to make that will lead to the different routes for each girl you can end up with. It is at the Festival that your choices will show you which girl you end up with and it is here that your relationship will start to change. If you play your hands right you will end up heading down Yua's route.

As Yua and Takaya grow closer and their relationship grows you begin to find out more and more about the connection of the two worlds, though there isn't much information really. Of all the stories this one is the more tamed of the stories. Takaya and Yua become intimate and eventually the two begin to question the changes in their world. It isn't until later on when Takaya does an experiment of sorts that he believes that it is Yua that has allowed the two worlds to connect.

Eventually there is a fear that the two worlds will become unstable and Takaya begins to think of ways to make sure that doesn't happen. Later in their story it is reveled to Takaya that it was his own stories and dreams that influenced the world that Yua created and so through his own hand he helped shape and create the world that is now part of their world. To maintain the status quo Takaya had to look pass his own past and the incident that left him defeated and broken.

As Takaya and Yua continue to grow their relationship and Takaya once again believes in his own stories from his past the connection of the worlds solidifies and becomes stable.

Yua's route is pretty laid back and fun to go through and has quiet a bit of comedy between them. I can say its pretty wholesome if you don't think about the H-scenes. Yua's shy nature, caring side, and overall innocents really makes her seem more childish and kid like. Her devotion and love towards Takaya is very strong and she does a good job of dedicating herself to him even though he sometimes takes it for granted. She is a remarkable cook and despite her somewhat air headiness she is pretty smart, at least in school.

Of the 5 main stories hers I think is a nice story to ease yourself into this VN and a good 1st route to go through. It isn't heavy with information or with a lot of emotional rollercoasters and the H-scenes if you have the 18+ DLC content are well done and even have some 2Dlive motion to them which is actually pretty nice. The ending of their story is a bit lacking I feel but it does at the very least wrap up the main plot while leaving their own stories open to interpretation.

Overall, I think you all would enjoy this path and VN. I know I enjoyed it pretty well and the H-Scenes helped improve the experience as well.

WAGAMAMA High Spec - Toa's Route

The final route to take based on the information I read was none other than the sister's route or Toa. I admit that I like how they actually stayed true to the concept of Siscon to the extreme here. In many Anime and Manga's the 'sister' figure is usually a half sibling and usually one that marries into the family so are not usually blood relatives. However, that is not the case with this Visual Novel. Based on everything she is a true to honest blood relation to Narumi.

While to some this may be cringe but as far as taboo's, kinks, and or just all around artistic concept this is one of the best ones I've seen in a while. This route is also the route that you find the most information out about Narumi and Toa's past and their parents.

Toa is a brilliant and smart individual with the tech abilities to back it up. She is of course in return very anti-social and tends to relegate herself to her home more than anything. However, she does have to attend school from time to time in order to graduate. It isn't until Narumi gets inducted into the Student Council that she finally starts to come out of her shell. Thanks to a fishing email opened by the advisor of the Student Council Narumi has to call on her to come and help remove the virus from the school computer network.

Due to her help and I think also because she's Narumi's sister she is asked to join the Student Council as well. At first she is hesitant but after being encouraged by Narumi she decides to join. It is later that you find out that Narumi has a huge inkling that the fishing email was actually created by Toa. Though she really never confirms it you can tell by how she acts that it is probably the case.

The relationship starts after a little bit of back and fourth between the siblings after Narumi's editor has him starting to research how to write a spin off of his main manga that involves the a perspective from the main characters little sister. Due to this he begins getting research material such as manga's and games that have a sister arc (the irony right?)

After his sister discovers this she seeks out advice from Mihiro about what she should do. It is going through this that she realizes that she has had feelings for Narumi for a while, and not just because of them being siblings. Her feelings started soon after the ran away from home.

This is where the story gets sordid, the apparent story is that Narumi and Toa's mother is well known and famous especially on TV. Apparently at some point she and a member of the crew had relations and what came from it was Narumi and later Toa. Because of her fame she hid the fact she was pregnant and as far as people know she has never had children.

Later, their mother ended up getting with another man and the rumor was she was having another child. Due to their lives being hidden from the world Narumi finally decided to take his sister run away and in doing so they no longer have any contact with their parents. Narumi spent his days doing whatever he could do to help supply Toa with whatever she wanted and needed and it was that along with his will and determination that led her to see him as something more than a brother.

After some back and fourth coming to terms with how they feel about one another the finally end up together. At first only Mihiro is the only one that knows after Toa basically told her everything that happened between them, and I do mean EVERYTHING (H-Scene included). Their relationship is at first strained however as they work on their feelings and separating the feelings they have for each other as siblings and the feelings they have as lovers.

It is during all this that Narumi is given a chance of the lifetime by not only working on a spinoff for his manga but also developing a Digital read of it as well as possible making the way for an anime. He pours everything he can into his work and trying to do what he can to support Toa. It is also when he finally burns out and ends up in the hospital due to malnutrition, sleep deprivation, and anemia. Upon returning home Toa takes care of him and helps him get his strength back, it is a rollercoaster ride as his editor decides that she pushed too much on him at one time and because of that he pushed himself almost to death.

Feeling down over causing stress to his sister, his friends, and his editor he slowly slips away into despair and begins to question his own abilities and desire to keep writing. It is during this dark time for him that Toa shines as she reminds him what is really important and that he needs to get back to doing what he loves. It also solidifies their bonds as lovers.

Now I'm not going to ruin the ending so you'll just have to play the game wont you? Overall, I really did enjoy this route and of all of them this is one of my favorite, but I am also bias because a good taboo incest route is kind of my stick. The H-scenes are well done and I think story wise this one was a bit better than the others. Though I think they could have really went further with this story as I fell that compared to the others this story was pretty short, also I feel like they left it hanging for the most part. But despite that I was very impressed with this VN and this particular route and was glad to finally hear the full story of the MC and his sister.
